This section will totally help guide you through our corner of the Internet, with no WIN-A-FREE-HOLIDAY spam. Oh. Sorry about that. PURCHASING

Do you sell in, yknow, real life shops?

Not at the moment. But if you’re a wholesaler please get in touch!

What payment methods can I use?

We’ve recently stopped swapping donkeys for products, and now take payment via Paypal or BACS transfer.

SHIPPING

When can I expect my order?

We process all orders the next working day and send them via Royal Mail First Class. Please refer to shipping costs for an approximate delivery time.

Can I buy one of your products as a gift and have it shipped to my friend?

Oh aren’t you just the cutest? Absolutely! (Excellent idea, just quietly.) At the checkout use the ‘Different shipment address’ box to enter your friends address and if you don’t want us to include any payment information with the order make sure you tick the ‘Is this order a gift?’ box. If you forget, email us ASAP with your order number. You’re more than welcome.

Do you send these mighty-fine products overseas?

HELL YEAH we do. Refer to the postage costs below.

What are the shipping costs?

We try to keep these as low as possible, therefore all orders are sent First Class the day after you place your order via Royal Mail. If you prefer to have a tracked order please get in touch.

REFUND AND RETURNS

We strive to provide as much information as possible so that you are over-the-moon-delighted with our products. As we’re a small, family-run business please take time to review your order before purchasing, but if you’re not happier than a Pharrell song please email us at hello@youremumbelievable.com within 7 days so that we can resolve any issues.

Hey! My product is a bit wonky.

If something less-than-perfect slips through our net please email us at hello@youremumbelievable.com within 7 days. We’ll send over details on how to return your item and we recommend you do this via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
